Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Fleekio, an online AI thumbnail creation service published by Nourdine Chebcheb, sole trader (SIRET 834 331 027 00021 · SIREN 834 331 027). Creating an account means you accept these terms.

2. The service and your API keys

Fleekio is a studio that orchestrates third-party AI models. It runs on your own API keys (Bring Your Own Key): generations run under your account with the provider you chose and are billed directly by that provider.

• You alone are responsible for your keys, your provider's terms and the costs it bills.
• The cost shown before a generation is an estimate; the real cost is recorded after the call.
• Fleekio cannot be held liable for a provider's outage, limits or price changes.

3. Account

You must provide a valid email address, keep your password confidential and be of legal age, or have your legal guardian's consent. An account is personal.

4. Trial and subscription

The free trial includes 10 single-use credits that do not renew: one credit equals one generation. Access beyond the trial requires a monthly subscription (€10 per month for the Creator plan). Payment, renewal, cancellation and, where applicable, withdrawal terms will be shown to you before any purchase.

5. Your content

You keep your rights over what you upload and over the thumbnails and texts generated, within the limits of third-party rights and your AI provider's terms. You only grant us the right to process this content to provide the service.

• Photos of people: only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you their consent. Photos of celebrities and public figures are not allowed.
• Reference thumbnails: another creator's thumbnail is inspiration for composition or style. Do not republish someone else's work as your own.

6. Prohibited uses

• creating misleading content that presents a real person as the author of words or acts they did not say or do;
• any sexual content involving a real person, and any inappropriate content involving minors;
• hateful, harassing, defamatory or unlawful content;
• circumventing the service's limits, disrupting its operation or scraping its data at scale.

In case of breach, we may suspend or close the account concerned.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Fleekio available and reliable, but cannot guarantee it at all times. AI-generated content can be imperfect: check it before publishing. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages.

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes

These terms may change. Significant changes are announced by email before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first, by writing to bonjour@fleekio.com. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
